This 1920 home was completely remodeled with all our personal touches while keeping the original charm of the home. To keep with the time period of the home, we restored the brick façade to its former glory, included a handmade copper soaking tub and used quarter-sawn oak hardwoods throughout the home. We brought the home to current building codes, and added a two-car detached garage, media room, wine cellar and home office. With the exquisite view of Seattle from living room and master bedroom, this home is truly one-of-a-kind!
